Regular Board Meetings are typically called to Order at 5:00 P.M., but the time may vary as per the posted agenda.
The OPEN Session of the Board begins at the conclusion of the CLOSED Session agenda items or at 6:00PM, whichever is later.
Other exceptions will be noted on this page and the meeting agenda.

All meeting dates and start times are subject to change. Special Board meetings may be called with a 24-hour posted notice.
Regular meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, except those noted above.
All meetings are open to the public in-person at 1256 Broadway or at an alternate address as noted on the agenda.
Note that the Board President, upon the recommendation of, and/or in consultation with the Superintendent, may determine that it is in the best interest to hold the meetings via electronic/virtual means only. If this occurs, an announcement will be made on this page and on the meeting agenda.

Any public records distributed to the Board of Trustees less than 72 hours in advance of the meeting and relating to an open session item will be available for public inspection on the District's website on this page via www.ecesd.org (as an attachment to the specific agenda item) or at the scheduled meeting. The document will be made available at the same time as it is distributed to Board members.
