Pursuant to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, any individual with a disability who requires reasonable accommodation to attend or participate in a meeting or function of the VCUSD Governing Board may request assistance by contacting the Superintendent’s Office at (707) 556-8921 ext. 50002; Fax: (707) 649-3907. The request must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Wheelchair access is provided at all meetings.

In light of public health concerns due to COVID-19, VCUSD Governing Board meetings will convene in-person with proper health and safety protocols in place.  Masks are required while attending in-person meetings.  Members of the public may observe through live stream.  Options for accessing the meeting for viewing and for making comments are as follows:

  • To submit or make comments during a public meeting, speakers must be in-person.
  • ANY PERSON(S) DESIRING TO ADDRESS THE BOARD OF EDUCATION MUST COMPLY WITH BOARD BYLAW 9323. 
  • A YELLOW CARD MUST BE COMPLETED AND PRESENTED TO THE RECORDING SECRETARY PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE PUBLIC MEETING at 6:00 p.m.
