Meetings

The School Board of Independent School District #535 of Rochester, Minnesota welcomes you to our website.
  • Regular Meetings are typically on two Tuesdays of each month at 5:30 p.m., with some exceptions.
     
  • Study Sessions are typically one Tuesday of each month as needed, usually at 5:30 pm. These sessions will be officially announced.
     
  • Special Sessions are scheduled as needed. These sessions will be officially announced.
ALL PUBLISHED AGENDAS ARE CONSIDERED DRAFT AND CAN BE MODIFIED AT ANYTIME PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA VOTE ON THE DAY OF THAT AGENDA'S MEETING.

There may be situations where weather requires cancellation and rescheduling of a School Board meeting. If a School Board meeting is cancelled because of weather, notice will be provided via the District website, District social media and to Rochester media outlets. The cancelled meeting will be rescheduled to the day following the originally scheduled School Board meeting date (Wednesday), at the same time and place as the originally scheduled School Board meeting.
