Recommendation
Authorize the purchase and installation of 17 Epson interactive projectors from low bid respondent TechOptics of Winder, GA in the amount of $32,357.12.

Details

New Epson interactive projectors are sought to replace aging/obsolete projectors at Auburn Elementary School. An RFP was published, and 6 vendors responded.

We have successfully done similar business with low bid respondent TechOptics of Winder, GA before. TechOptics is not adversely listed on the SAM.GOV database.


Financial Impact
$32,357.12 from the ITS budget.
