Rationale | ||||||||
In September of 2015 we received competitive sealed proposals from a number of construction management firms to provide their services from the design phase through to project completion for an outdoor amphitheater with a stated cost limitation of $4,000,000. After reviewing and scoring proposals a recommendation was made to the Board and subsequently approved by the Board to contract with Carroll Daniel Construction for a fixed fee and general conditions to perform construction management services on this project. The Construction Manager Delivery method has been utilized to allow the Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager the ability to insure that schedule and budget parameters were monitored and managed throughout the design and proposal process. These services will continue through final project completion. |
