Recommendation
The Superintendent recommends approval of the purchase of Epson Interactive Projectors from low qualified bidder TechOptics of Winder, GA in the amount of $37,982.20 from Title-I funds.

Three schools have requested Epson Interactive Projectors out of Title-I funds.

SES - 5

An RFP was published, and 4 vendors responded. Respondent Shi did not include labor or materials for installation as required in the RFP and was disqualified. Low bid respondent TechOptics of Winder met the terms of the RFP and has successfully done business of this nature with the district previously.

TechOptics is not adversely listed in the sam.gov database.
