A committee has met to update the policy with the attached changes.  School Governance Teams and the Board of Education's legal counsel have reviewed and suggested changes to this policy.  The updated policy has been reviewed by Georgia School Board Association with no comments or concerns. Therefore, this recommendation to update the current policy LEB is respectfully submitted for public comment until the next regularly scheduled meeting.
