Authorize the purchase of Aruba Wireless Access Points for the new elementary school from low bid respondent MXN out of Woodstock, GA, in the amount of $25,663.20 for 68 access points.
Additionally authorize the use of this RFP response for future purchases in the next 90 days, subject to normal board purchasing policies of notification and approval. | ||

Wireless access points are required for the new Winder Elementary School. An RFP was published and 9 vendors initially responded. One vendor voluntarily rescinded their response when they determined they were not authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product. Low bid respondent MXN is not adversely listed in the SAM.GOV database and we have successfully done business with them before. | ||
