Our FY’15 Application to the State DOE, which was submitted in 2013, called for a replacement of the cooler / freezer at Westside Middle School.  Since the application was made it has been determined by School Food Nutrition that replacement of the serving line at Westside Middle School would be more appropriate.  In order to edit our application with the State a resolution must be executed by our Board.

Reimbursement from the State for a serving line is less than that for a cooler / freezer so these excess reimbursement funds will be returned to our overall entitlement balance
