The Superintendent recommends the use of Epson interactive projector installation services for the 2017-2018 academic year from low bid respondent TechOptics of Winder, GA in the amount of $408.10 per projector installation.

In an effort to streamline the installation process, competitive pricing was sought for the installation of Epson interactive projectors to include all materials and labor but not the cost of the projector itself, which will be purchased separately. This pricing will be used for small quantity installation jobs during the 2017-2018 academic year. Larger volume installation jobs will be competitively priced separately from this contract as they arise.

Installations typically use either 35' cable lengths from projector to computer, or 50' cable lengths. Pricing was sought for both.

An RFP was published, and two vendors responded.

Low bid respondent TechOptics of Winder, GA met the terms of the RFP and has successfully done similar business with the district before. They are not adversely listed in the sam.gov database.
