The Superintendent recommends approval of the 2018-19 Academic Student Calendar as presented.

Based on the information gathered from the School Governance Teams and through the survey, Option A, with spring break following Milestone testing, would be the preferred calendar; however, based on information received from the state department of education, the Milestone window for testing is unlikely to open until the second week of April. As a result, we are recommending a modified version of Option A, shifting testing and spring break later by one week.
