A five-member review committee comprised of representatives of the owner met to discuss, deliberate, and evaluate each proposal at which point a consensus was reached on the Grounds Management firm with the most responsive and responsible proposal believed to be in the best interest of Barrow County Schools for this project. | ||||||

After a mandatory pre-proposal meeting in which nine firms attended, six firms submitted proposals for our consideration. The Grounds Manager will join the Owner to complete the project through collaboration to maintain the schedule, quality, and cost limitation of all grounds management activities for Barrow County Schools. |
