The Superintendent recommended the purchase of a Ford transit van for the ITS department from low bid respondent Republic Ford of Republic, MO, in the amount of $32,300.

ITS' vehicle fleet is well past end of reasonable life and needs to be replaced for safety and reliability reasons. An RFP was posted to replace one van, and all respondents from the previous Facilities RFP for Ford vans were contacted via their website contact page and invited to submit proposals.
