The Superintendent recommends approval of CTAE Local Plan - State and Federal Grants

Perkins IV Federal Grants and several State of Georgia Grants are available annually for application. These grants support the continuation and improvement of Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) activities, initiatives, and programs in the Barrow County School System. These grants have been completed using the input and expertise of Barrow County School staff and CTAE Advisory Committee members.

The Barrow County School System will receive approximately $239,729 in State and Federal Grants. In addition, construction-related equipment funds are available through the LEA Consolidated Application. Equipment grant applications total $36,000 for FY19.
