Strategic Plan Refresh Process
- From April through June 2026, PUSD refreshed its Strategic Plan with input from students, staff, families, educational partners, and the Board.
-
Feedback gathered through engagement opportunities and Board discussions informed revisions to the Beliefs, Vision, Mission, and Strategic Directions.
-
The refreshed Strategic Plan will guide 2026-27 goal setting, including Superintendent goals, leadership team goals, and alignment with the LCAP and school plans.
