Locker Room Renovation Project
This project includes renovations to the existing locker rooms at Douglas Middle School. The remodel consists of 3,679 square foot interior renovations.
This project consists of renovating the existing locker rooms at the Douglas Middle School, in Douglas Wyoming. The boy's and girl's locker rooms are both to include new locker layouts, new ADA toilets, and new individual showers.
The work within the locker rooms includes (but not limited To): selective demolition, new vented metal lockers, new Flooring, new ceilings, new LED lighting fixtures, new showers, Interior painting, and new plumbing fixtures.
First copies of the contract documents will be on file after January 15, 2025, and open to public inspection in the office of Plan One/Architects, 225 W Yellowstone Avenue, Suite 4, Cody, WY 82414 or as posted to Quest Construction Data Network at www.questcdn.com. Paper plans and specifications will not be available, bidders must access the website listed above. Documents may be viewed and downloaded for a fee of
$25.00. Deposits are non-refundable.
A project walk-thru is MANDATORY for all bidding prime general contractors. The mandatory walk-through will be held on January 22, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at 801 Richards Street, Douglas, WY 82633.
All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the proposal. Successful bidder to provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond.
The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding. Submit written proposals to:
Sealed proposals marked “Douglas Middle School Locker Room Renovation Project” on the outside of the envelope must be received by 2:00 P.M. February 4, 2025, at 615 Hamilton St, Douglas, WY 82633, at the district administration office. Bids will not be opened publicly but will be taken under advisement with the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract on a combined basis of bid amounts.
