Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees, Laramie County School District Number One, Cheyenne, Wyoming, intends to receive bids for:
DISTRICT VEHICLES
Via bidnetdirect.com/Colorado, Bids will be received until May 28, 2026; 2:00 p.m. Only bids submitted on School District forms will be considered.
Bid documents may be obtained electronically at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. Additional information or bid documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office at (307) 771-2157.
The District will reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technical defects in bids, and unless otherwise specified by the District, to accept bids as may be in the best interest of the District.
Preference will be given pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 16-6-101 through and including 16-6-108 as amended. When applicable a percentage preferential of five percent (5%) will be allowed. The preferential, when applied, will be accomplished by adding the five percent (5%) to the total price of the nonresident bidder. Discounts offered will be taken into consideration and deduction of the discount amount will be made before application of the preferential.
