LEGAL NOTICE - NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
In accordance with Wyoming Statute 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees, Laramie County School District Number One, Cheyenne, Wyoming, the Owner, has accepted from the Contractor, ARTNOCO LLC - dba ADVANCED ROOFING TECHNOLOGIES LLC
for the project titled - ROOFING REPLACEMENTS @ VARIOUS SITES
as having been completed under the terms of the contract dated, MARCH 23, 2026. Therefore, on OCTOBER 7, 2026, the District Treasurer will pay the said Contractor all monies due them in full under the contract. All corporations, firms, or persons having claim against this contract are hereby notified to file claims with the Clerk of the Board of Trustees before the above said date, at the address below.
