Board Meetings
Regular board meetings of the Grass Valley School District, Board of Trustees are typically held be on the second Tuesday of each month except July, when there is no meeting. Closed session begins at 5:30 pm. and open session starts at approximately 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted on the agenda.
Meetings are held in the Board Room of the Administration Office, located at 10840 Gilmore Way, Grass Valley, CA
Public Comment
Any person who wishes to speak during the public comment section of the agenda must first be recognized by the Board President. The Board may limit the total time for each item. Under state law, issues brought forth under "Public Comment" can have no action or discussion and will be referred to the District Superintendent for any necessary follow-up action.

This website allows any member of the public to view materials for the GVSD Board Meetings, including the Board Agenda (business item descriptions and attachments), and Board Minutes. As meetings become published within Brown Act guidelines - at least 72 hours prior to a Regular Meeting and at least 24 hours prior to a Special Meeting, they will become accessible to the public and remain archived.
