Meeting Information
The Board of Education generally meets the second Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm for regular business meetings, closed session begins at 4:30 pm.  Meetings are held at the District Service Center Boardroom,  located at 511 S. Orchard Ave., Ukiah CA 95482.

Board Meeting Agendas
To access the meeting agendas and items click on the link for the meeting date listed below. Regular meeting agendas are typically posted end of day Friday prior to a Thursday meeting. Agendas for regular meetings are posted 72 hours in advance, agendas for special meetings are posted 24 hours in advance.

Regular Board Meetings for 2023 - Commence at 6:30 pm (Closed Session will begin at 4:30 pm)

January 19; February 9; March 9; April 13; May 11; June 13 & June 15; August 10; September 14; October 12; November 16; December 14

Regular meetings are livestreamed via UUSD's Live Youtube Channel. 

Individuals wishing to speak must submit a UUSD Public Comment form to the Executive Assistant of the Board prior to the beginning of public comment.  No one will be recognized without submitting the request form in advance. Each speaker is to keep his/her remarks to a maximum of 3 minutes, to state his/her name clearly, and to provide any written backup. Fifteen (15) minutes overall are reserved for members of the public to address the Board on items NOT listed on the agenda and within the jurisdiction of the Board of Education.  Public Comment for items ON the agenda are received at the time of the item, each speaker is given a maximum of three (3) minutes; fifteen (15) minutes per agenda topic is reserved for the public to address items ON the agenda. If you wish to submit written comments, please provide 18 copies to the Executive Assistant of the Board. The Board cannot dialogue on any issues brought before it by the public that have not been previously agendized, but may refer these items to staff for response and/or placement on future agendas.

Individuals who require disability-related accommodations or modifications, including auxiliary aids and services, should notify Debbie Ornelas, Executive Assistant, 707-472-5002, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
