- - Action Step 1-Provide coaching and support through the implementation of job-embedded professional learning to teachers in effective strategies for standards based classroom instruction. (TOSA's)
  - Action Step 2-Provide ongoing coaching and support in the implementation of recently adopted system wide reading programs, Fundations, and Bookworms.
  - Action Step 3-Provide LETRS Training (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) to Elementary Teachers
  - Action Step 4-Ensure scheduling models are inclusive of all students, (EIP, ESOL, Exception Ed) during grade level reading instruction
  - Action Step 5-Implement consistent data driven practices to provide targeted interventions to meet the needs of students
