Welcome to our online board meeting agenda site.
Regular School Board meetings are normally held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Special Board meetings will be scheduled as needed. To see the current agenda and descriptions of the items, click the Board Meeting link to the right of this page.
Open Session of Board Meetings are livestreamed and available for viewing on the District's website at https://natomasunified.org/board-of-trustees/videos/. Those in attendance should expect that the recordings will capture all activity and discussions before, during, and after meetings.
Assistance for the Disabled - Please contact Constituent and Customer Services at (916) 561-5253 or customerservice@natomasunified.org at least 24 hours before the scheduled board meeting to request disability-related accommodations in order to participate in the public board meeting. (Government Code §54954.2) (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, §202.)
Language Interpretation Services - Interpretation services at Board meetings for public comments will be provided by district interpreters, interpreter service, or language interpretation software. A Spanish language interpreter will be present and available at regularly scheduled board meetings. A request form will be available and must be filled out at the meeting for interpretation services. For all other languages or for special board meetings, interpretation service requests should be made as soon as possible but at least 24 hours before the scheduled board meeting. To request interpretation services please contact Constituent and Customer Services at (916) 561-5253 or customerservice@natomasunified.org.
In order to ensure that non-English speakers receive the same opportunity to directly address the Board, any member of the public who utilizes an interpreter shall be provided at least twice the allotted time to address the Board, unless simultaneous translation equipment is used to allow the Board to hear the translated public testimony simultaneously. (Government Code 54954.3)
