To access the Board Meeting agendas, click on the "Meetings/Meetings Listing" button on the upper right-hand corner of the home page. Agendas are posted no later than the Friday prior to a Thursday night meeting. Once the Board of Education has adopted the minutes of a meeting, those minutes will be accessible by clicking the "Minutes" button located on the Board meeting agenda.

Board Meeting Information
The Board of Education typically meets on Thursday nights for meetings unless otherwise noted. Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend all Board meetings and meetings will take place in the Board Room at the Riverside Adult School, which is located at 6735 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, 92506,
unless otherwise noted. Meetings begin at 4:00 p.m. and the Board will immediately adjourn to Closed Session after Public Input on Closed Session items has been heard, the Board will reconvene in Open Session at 5:30 p.m.

Upon request, this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with disabilities, as required by Section 202 of
the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
Any person with a disability who requires a modification of accommodation in order to participate in a meeting should direct such requests to the District Superintendent at 788-7135, Ext. 80417. Timely notification prior to a meeting will enable the District to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility.
Public Input
For items of business to be transacted or discussed by the Board, members of the public will have an opportunity to speak to those items on the agenda prior to the Board's consideration of such and will be allowed 3 timed minutes for comment unless, in consideration of the number of persons wishing to be heard, the Board President, with Board consent, increases or decreases the time allowed for public input consistent with the Board's policy (BB 9323) of maintaining 20 minutes of public input per item.
Members of the public may also speak to any item of interest to the public that is not on the agenda as an item of business to be transacted or discussed by the Board but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board, by noting such request and being called upon during the "Public Input" portion of the meeting's agenda. Members of the public will be allowed 3 minutes for comment unless, in consideration of the number of persons wishing to be heard, the Board President, with Board consent, increases or decreases the time allowed for public input consistent with the Board's policy (BB 9323) of maintaining 20 minutes of public input per item.
Pursuant to Section 54954.2 of the Government Code,
no action or discussion shall be undertaken on any item not appearing on the posted agenda, except that members of the Board or staff may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed by persons exercising their public testimony rights.
As required by Government Code 54957.5, copies of agenda materials are available in the District’s administrative offices located at 3380 Fourteenth Street, Riverside, California. Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.5, writings that are public records that relate to an open session agenda item and are distributed to a majority of Board members less than 72 hours prior to the meeting are available for public inspection at the address listed.
Upon request by a student's parent/guardian, or by a student who is aged 18 or older, the Board Meeting Minutes shall not include the student's or parent/guardian's address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, or the student's name or other directory information as defined in Education Code 49061. The request to exclude such information shall be made in writing to the secretary or clerk of the Board pursuant to Education Code 49073.2.
