VIRTUAL CALLED MEETING
11:00am Details as to how to speak in the public hearing by virtual technology will be made available on the District’s website prior to the time of the hearing at www.dekalbschoolsga.org. Speaker requests can be made by phone, 678.676.0722, or by email, budget_info@dekalbschoolsga.org. Citizens can also send comments and questions to: Budget Info – Finance Office 1701 Mountain Industrial Boulevard Stone Mountain, Georgia 30083 FY2024 DCSD budget development information can be found on the DeKalb County School District’s website at: http://www.dekalbschoolsga.org/superintendent/budget.
Individuals wishing to speak in person at the meeting may submit a request in writing to the Board Office via email at communityinputspeakerrequests@dekalbschoolsga.org by 5:30 pm on the day of the meeting. **All requests to speak virtually must be submitted on the Sunday prior to the meeting by 5:30 pm.**
Such requests shall include the individual’s name, address, topic to be addressed, previous steps taken to resolve the concern, and the group (if any) that the individual is representing. The public comment period will be a maximum of one (1) hour or 20 speakers.
