PREPARING STUDENTS FOR SUCCESS IN A COMPLEX AND CHANGING WORLD!
Comprehensive School Improvement Plan
The district strategic plan, known as the Comprehensive School Improvement Plan
(CSIP), focuses on goals in main five areas: student performance, highly qualified staff,
resources and facilities, community engagement and climate, and governance. The CSIP
is completely revisited by some community committee every five years and updated annually.
Continuous Improvement Plan
In support of the CSIP, the Academic Services Department has developed a continuous
improvement plan that guides instructional practice. This plan focuses on the study and
implementation of the 4C's (creativity, communication, critical thinking, and
collaboration), critical thinking, problem-based learning, and the implementation of a
multi-tiered system of support.
District Assessment Plan
In support of the CSIP, this plan is developed annually to support the instructional
process, inform decision-making and evaluate instructional and program outcomes.
Professional Development Plan
Through the collaborative efforts of administration and the district professional
development committee, an annual professional development plan is developed in
support of the CSIP.
