PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Members of the public may address the Governing Board for public comment in real-time
whether in person or virtually. The Governing Board President will open the
opportunity for public comment during both designated sections on the agenda.
All public comment participants are asked to clearly state their full name and topic.
Board Bylaw 9323, Individual speakers shall be allowed five minutes to address the
Governing Board on each agenda or non-agenda item.
The Governing Board shall limit the total time for public input on each item to 20 minutes.
Please note that while the Governing Board values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act,
the Governing Board cannot take any action or discuss a topic of concern
until the matter appears as an item on an agenda.
