Update on Theater Lighting
Mr. Phillips informed members that they were still installing new lighting in the theater.
Update on Gym Sound System
The sound system in the gym was fixed, adjusted and properly installed.
Update on Video Boards (Gym) & Jumbotron (football field)
Mr. Phillips informed members that HHS was still working on getting quotes from other companies.
Student Registration & Advisement

8th Grade Tours
HMS 8th graders came to tour HHS and review CTAE and other electives offered.
Finalizing by Spring Break
Counselors met with upcoming sophomores, upcoming juniors, and upcoming seniors to register for the 2026–2027 school year classes.
Parents are to check courses via Infinite Campus.

Multiple Coach Openings
Mr. Phillips informed members of the following open coach positions at HHS:
Girls soccer, Wrestling, Cross Country, and Swim.

Monday Graduation-Senior Calendar
Discussed all upcoming senior class activities with members.
Update on Cheer Facility
Mr. Phillips discussed different locations for the possibility of location for the Cheer Facility.
Update on Blenchers
Mr. Phillips talked about options to fix the gym bleachers.
Update on Theatre Lighting
Mr. Phillips informed members that the upgrading of lights in the theater will be completed by the start of the spring musical.
Gym Sound System
Mr. Phillips informed members that the sound system went out in the gym, and they are looking at options to replace or fix it.
Video Boards (Gym) & Jumbotron (Football Field)
Mr. Phillips has been getting different quotes for a video board and for a jumbotron.
Student Registration & Advisement Has Started
Mr. Phillips gave an update that counselors were meeting with upcoming seniors, upcoming juniors, and upcoming sophomores for 2026-2027 class registration.
