Simulated Intruder Update (R/H/S Drill)
Mr. Langford shared a short video of our last Run, Hide, Survive drill. He also shared that LFO had received a Certificate of Safety Preparedness.

Mr. Langford shared that Assistant Principal Amy Lawson was moving to the Office of School Improvement at the County Office. Mrs. Kayla Gass will be the new Assistant Principal for the 26-27 school year.

Referrals and ISS
Mr. Langford presented a comparison between the 2024-2025 school year and the current year showing significant improvement in discipline referrals, largely attributed to a change from one single lunch to two lunches.
PBIS
Mr. Langford shared the positive effect LFO's PBIS program has had on discipline, focusing on recognizing and rewarding positive behaviors.
Mindset
Mr. Langford shared the positive effect Mindset training has on discipline, focusing on deescalation.
