  1. REQUIREMENTS.
     
    1. Local units of administration shall ensure that students receive instruction annually in safe riding practices and emergency evacuation.
       
    2.  The loading limit for any school bus shall not exceed 120 percent of the manufacturer's rated seating capacity of the bus.
       
    3. Local units of administration shall ensure that audio speakers used for music or entertainment are not located in the driver’s compartment of the school bus. All above-mentioned speakers on existing buses shall be disconnected or removed.
