Meeting: 6/4/24 - 6:00PM
  • The annual meeting of the board of directors began at 6:00PM.
  • There were no public comments, other than the attendance of Mr. Miceli to provide any requested information related to the CTE action item.
  • In the Chairman report, Director Fleming:
    • Presented information related to some improved communication processes within Simbli
    • Spoke to the "heart" of the school - Pi STEM students!
    • Thank you to our departing board member, Mr. Hopping
  • Presented budgets were reviewed, and action was postponed until an upcoming special meeting to allow for requested revisions.
  • An executive session was held between 6:54PM and 7:25PM.
  • The following actions were taken:
    • Supplemental contract for Mr. Marshall
    • CTE summer conference
    • ISBA Policy Plus
    • Amazon Invoicing
    • K. Hudson reimbursements
    • Board 2024–2025 officers:
      • Chairman - Ms. Fleming
      • Vice-Chair - Ms. Jensen
      • Treasurer - Mr. Zobell
      • Secretary - Mr. Peterson
    • The regular Board meeting calendar was set as the second Tuesday of the month at 6PM.
    • A Board committee, Fundraising, was approved
    • Staff Resignations were accepted
  • The meeting was adjourned at 8:07PM.
