FITZGERALD, GA, SEPTEMBER 5, 2007: Georgia Superintendent of Schools Kathy Cox will be visiting with students, teachers, and community members at Fitzgerald High School on Thursday, September 6th at 12:30 p.m. This visit is a stop on her Georgia schools tour for the 2007-2008 school year. During her visit, she will observe classes, tour the school, and dialogue with faculty and staff. Additionally, the School Superintendents from the Coastal Plains RESA (Ben Hill County, Berrien County, Brooks County, Cook County, Echols County, Irwin County, Lanier County, Lowndes County, Tift County, Turner County, and Valdosta City Schools) will be present.
