The Macon County Board of Education, Superintendent of Education, and all stakeholders are committed to continuously engaging in strategic planning so that the stakeholders of Macon County Public Schools have a roadmap that will ensure the attainment of the vision, mission, and goals of the system.The strategic planning process involves holding an annual retreat for revisions based on continuous data analysis and the establishment of new priorities. Senates composed of faculty and staff, students, and parents and community provide valuable input into the strategic planning process.
